We all know LG is one of the famous brands in Consumer Electronics industry. It is South Korea’s third largest consumer electronics company. However, it is still struggling in the cell phone industry but it has made a firm ground for its other electronics products in the market. Recently this year in the International Consumer Electronics Show LG announced some of its innovative projects which included Full LED Slim technology for HDTV also called High Definition Television.
This new Full LED Slim technology for HDTV is named as LG INFINIA HDTV. The LG officials say that there is a competition in the market for bringing more and more thin devices. Almost every consumer electronics manufacturing company is focused towards making the devices thin and attractive. This was further proved by Scott Brinbuam who is the Vice President of Samsung LCD business who said that “First, everything was neat, then everything was cool, now everything is thin”. This latest technology enabled INFINIA HDTV will include a series of HDTV’s including the LE9500, LE8500 and LE7500 series. INFINA HDTV’s are a combination of slim design and thin bezel which enhance the connectivity and abundant LG BD570 content options.
The new Full Slim technology by LG will enhance the back light level with its unique backlight structure and its ultra-slim technology will provide thin experience to the consumers with out sacrificing the picture quality. The Full LED Slim technology is also focused on enhancing the wireless connectivity.
An LG official Peter Reiner said that “We’re removing barriers to entertainment with very slim LED LCD TV’s that couple wireless connectivity with the most access to online content.” This shows that LG is really trying its best to provide the consumers with something that is entertaining and unique.
